Privacy policy

Intenza ("we", "us") operates this site, intenza.ai. The brand is run by a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, formed on September 5, 2024 — that company is the controller of the data described on this page.

For anything about your data — a question, a correction, a deletion request — write to privacy@intenza.ai. That mailbox is the contact point for every right listed below. We answer within a month; usually much faster.

When you request a demo, we collect exactly what the form asks for and nothing more: your name, your work email, your company's website — the site we would run the audit on — and whatever you write in the message field. That one form is the only place this site asks you for anything.

Stored alongside your entry are two things you did not type: the time you sent it, and an automatic note of whether the address you gave belongs to a free mail provider. That note exists so we know who we are talking to; it decides nothing on its own, and no decision about you is automated.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, time of request — for security and reliability, as the infrastructure behind virtually every website does.

That is the complete list. We do not buy data about you, do not enrich your profile from other sources, and do not collect anything behind your back.

One purpose: you asked us something, and we need a way to answer — to reply to your message, prepare the audit or demo you requested, and follow up on that conversation.

In GDPR terms, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — alongside our legitimate interest in keeping a record of the exchange (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send a newsletter. We do not have one.

Two places, both acting as processors on our behalf: Google Workspace carries your message to our mailbox and holds it there, and Vercel hosts this site and keeps a second copy of your submission in private, access-restricted storage — so a delivery failure can't lose your request.

We are a US company and both providers are US-based, so your details are handled in the United States. Both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and their data-processing terms carry the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never pass it to anyone beyond these two providers. Nothing you send us is used to train a model.

Twenty-four months after our last exchange, then we delete it — both the copy in our mailbox and the copy in storage. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it sooner.

Under the GDPR — and similar laws elsewhere — you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it somewhere else. One email to privacy@intenza.ai does it. No forms, no hoops.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

This site sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers — which is why there is no cookie banner to click away.

If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. A substantial change will be flagged prominently, not buried in a diff.
